Sinoboom successfully concluded the 2026 Sinoboom Brazil Women's Summit China Tour last week, co-organized with Brazilian rental industry association Summit Rental Gestoras. The multi-day event, attended by 30 female leaders from Brazil, represents the first all-female Brazil-China expedition, with the theme “Driven by the force of the wind, without limits”.

 
Summit Rental Gestoras was created in Brazil by sisters Talita and Helen Záccaro, as a supportive platform for women working as managers in the rental sector. With an annual summit, it gathers leaders from across the industry to enhance their skills, exchange experiences, and stay up-to-date with best management practices focused on leadership, innovation, and personal development. Susan Xu, Group CEO of Sinoboom, was invited to speak at the fifth edition of the summit in 2025, delivering a presentation on trends and innovations within the global MEWP industry, and how these impact on the equipment rental sector. During that event, she extended an invitation for the group to visit China.
 

The tour began in the Sinoboom hometown base of Changsha, with a visit to the Sinoboom Intelligent Manufacturing Park, taking in the highly automated production processes, and a dynamic demonstration of Sinoboom equipment. 

On 14 April, the Women’s Summit and Exchange of Ideas featured presentations from Sinoboom executives and industry representatives. Topics included global MEWP market developments, women's leadership in Asia, and China’s equipment rental market practices, which created a focused platform for industry dialogue, knowledge exchange, and the sharing of diverse perspectives across markets and roles within the global MEWP and equipment rental sector. Participants also visited cultural sites in Hunan province in the following days.
 
The tour brought together participants from Brazil and China for exchange and discussion within the MEWP and equipment rental industry, strengthening cross-market understanding, professional connections, and exchange among women professionals in the sector.
